Pension Division

If you or your spouse has a pension or retirement fund that was to be divided as part of the distribution of property, we can prepare the necessary Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), which will split the pension or retirement fund into separate accounts and avoid tax liability for both parties. We have experience with private, civil, and military pensions and retirement funds.

Support Enforcement

If you have an existing order for child, spousal, or partner support and are not receiving it, Marcus Family Law Center can help to enforce your order through the court system and get your payments back on track.
