Rivka Israel offers a broad range of legal expertise with emphasis in Family Law and Juvenile Dependency. A contract counsel for Marcus Family Law Center, PLC, she helped found the Scripps Ranch, San Diego Office in 2004.

Ms. Israel graduated from Cal Western School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2000. In 2006, Rivka was approved as a Minor's Counsel by the San Diego Superior Courts for representation of children in contested custody cases. Rivka is a member of GSDBA and offers unparalleled knowledge on the current and changing laws regarding domestic partnerships and second parent adoptions.
